• After you select your window coverings, we measure your windows five different ways to insure the proper custom fit that you deserve.
• We are able to defer your deposit for up to one year; you don't need to have a deposit or down payment.
• We can also accept any major credit card for your purchase.
• Some companies wait to combine several orders and order them under one name so that they may receive discounted bulk pricing from the factories. The warranty is then only valid for the person's name that it is registered under. Someone else gets your warranty. We promise to never do this. When we place your order it is registered with the factory under your name and the warranty will be good for as long as you live in this home and own the products. They are registered to you alone.
• We will never bait and switch in order to get the lowest price.
• We will track your order with the manufacturer and if something is not readily available, on back order, we promise to call you within three business days to see if you want to wait or order through another manufacturer. We will not wait until you are expecting delivery to call you and let you know there is a delay.
• When we receive your order we will immediately call you to schedule an installation appointment.
• Never will one of our company representatives come to work in your home wearing anything other than his/her work uniform.
• Never will they enter your home with their street shoes on; we always carry a clean pair of slip on shoes in our tool box so as not to damage or stain your new carpet.
• We will never smoke or drink in or near your home, and we will never use profanity.
• Any Gotcha Covered representative who walks on to your property is fully covered by insurance; if we damage your home or if someone is injured due to negligence, we stand good for it.
• We will bring in all of the tools necessary to complete the job along with all of the window coverings and set up on your wet area just inside your doorway. We will not keep running in and out of your home wasting your utilities.
• We will place a furniture pad on your floor before setting a ladder up so that we will never scratch your wood, tile or linoleum floors.
• If we need to climb on top of a counter to install we place a furniture pad there as well, we will not damage your counter tops.
• If we need to climb into your bath tub to install we will place a furniture pad there as well; we will never scratch or chip your marble tub.
• If we must use an extension ladder, we will put rubber booties on the top feet of the ladder and a non slip mat beneath the bottom feet, we will never scratch your floors or your walls with our extension ladder.
• We will check each and every window covering to make sure that it operates the way that the manufacturer intended.
• If there is a problem with any product that we install we will remove it and put a temporary shade in its place. We will then expedite it to the factory and reinstall it for you as soon as it is made right.
• You do not have to worry about finding a defective window covering with our company; if something is defective we'll find it.
• As we create trash and debris during the installation process we will clean it up as we go and when the installation is complete, we will remove it entirely from your property.
