While not a native of North Carolina, I have lived here on two previous occasions, and now can’t imagine living anywhere else! I meet lots of homeowners from areas where I have previously lived such as Michigan, Colorado, Texas, and California. Before joining the Gotcha Covered network, I previously worked in high technology marketing. After my third son was born, the travel demands of my corporate position became too much and I searched for opportunities that would keep me out of the traditional office environment, yet close to home. My business philosophy is very simple – I subscribe to what I call “common courtesy” customer service. Having worked with many contractors and service providers in the past, I based my business on exactly the type of service that I wish I had received from so many companies – things like showing up on time, treating your home with the utmost of respect, keeping you informed of progress along the way, and being honest and ethical at all times. These basic principles are just some of the reasons why so much of our business is based on the referrals of previous clients. Of course, the fact that we offer an incredible product selection, professional measuring and installation, and expert advice in the selection of your window coverings doesn’t hurt!
